Willie Walker is a founding member of True North Consulting Group LLC. Willie brings many years of experience providing project management and leadership to a wide array of businesses. Specializing in community development and civil activism, Willie uses his experience to positively impact everyone he meets.
Over the years, Willie's leadership has garnered recognition for his many accomplishments. His professional career is highlighted by his tenure with the J.C. Penny's Corporation, a degree in Theology from the Living Ministry International, Director of Data Processing at Columbia University, Director of Special Events for Educational Outreach at NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Willie was appointed to the position of Superintendent for the Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. State Office Building by four consecutive
NYS Governors.
Willie has held several board positions such as, Harlem Chamber of Commerce, Harlem Business Improvement District and an appointee to the Mayor’s Task Force against Domestic Violence. Willie, as Chair of Community Board 10 in Harlem, historically chartered that no building over 14 floors would be constructed in Central Harlem.
Willie holds positions with the Prostate Cancer Awareness for African American Men, NYC Department of Health Mobile Units for AIDS and HIV, the Greater Harlem Chamber of Commerce and the
Harlem Arts Alliance.
When he is not hard at work, Willie enjoys spending time with his family.
Kyle Bragg is a founding member of True North Consulting Group LLC. Immediately prior to establishing Miller Walker Bragg Consulting Group LLC. Kyle served the members of 32BJ SEIU as President. 32BJ represents 175,000 members in 11 states and Washington DC. Kyle led the powerhouse union through its most difficult era. Growing the union’s membership during a pandemic and successfully negotiated two of the best contacts in the unions history covering tens of thousands of members in their two core industries.
Kyle positioned 32BJ well in the city and state with two very strategic early endorsements of Mayor Eric Adams and Governor Kathy Hocul, as well as being instrumental in backing Adrienne Adams in her election as city council speaker.
Before he became President, Kyle led the Unions new development work helping signatory employers through the city’s new development process which included Uniform Land Use Review Procedure, Community Board and City Council approvals.
After a rewarding and successful career of 40 years with the Union, Kyle retired from 32BJ in November 2022. Kyle was an appointee to the NYS Sexual Harassment Commission under NYS Governor Pataki, the NYS Security Guard Council under NYS Governor Patterson, and the NYC Mayoral Charter Commission under NYC Mayor Bill DiBlasio.
Kyle has held several board positions, including Urban Green, Project Reconnect, Democratic National Committee, Southern Queens Parks Association and Community Board 13 in Queens. Kyle is honored to have been named to City and State Magazine 50 over 50, City and State Magazine New York City Power 100, and City and State Magazine Real Estate Power 100.
Kyle is an avid New York Knicks fan, an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his family.
